Digital Art Submission Guidelines
Our Art Department uses Macintosh computers. We cannot guarantee files sent from PC platforms. COMPUTER SOFTWARE: Mo Money Currently supports the following programs: Adobe Illustrator 11or earlier Freehand 10.0 or earlier Photoshop 7.0 or earlier When submitting files please convert all fonts to outlines or paths. If you are using COREL DRAW convert all art to curves when exporting to an AI file. If you are unable to convert the text please send the fonts with your file. We can accept TIFF and JPEG files at 300 DPI at actual size. We can not use 72 DPI images or images from the web. These types of low res images will require art time to correct. E-MAIL INFORMATION: All files larger than 2MB should be sent on a CD Please ask your salesperson which address to use below: jennifer@momoney.com or artmomoney2@aol.com CLIENT INSTRUCTIONS: • In your email please list the name of your Account Executive and the item you are ordering. Your email and art will be going directly to the Art Department. The above information will help us effectively deal with your order. • Please send all related files with your artwork. This includes fonts. Tiff files, clip art, etc. If fonts are not converted to paths or outlines send the screen and printer fonts for all type used. • If the Art Department has any problems or questions about your art, your Account Executive will contact you as soon as possible. We accept submission on CD's & DVD's formatted for Mac only. Please compress files using stuffit or winzip and make the file a self-extracting archive. WE DO NOT ACCEPT: Quark Express, Pagemaker, Publisher, Powerpoint, or Word as art files.
